Author’s notes: This one was inspired by my new cat! ^^ I just suddenly found him in our garage one morning… yay for stray cats!


I love my pet cat.

He’s cute, cuddly, and oh so sweet! There are times of course when he can be really cranky and trust me you wouldn’t want to go near him when he’s cranky but I still love him anyway.

My cat loves it when I would place a hand on his head and run my fingers through his silky black hair. He would purr as if begging me for more attention. He’s such an attention whore.

He doesn’t like it when I ignore him. Being the leader of my band, I barely have enough time for myself let alone have time to shower my attention to him. But my cat would have none of that.

He would do anything just to get me to notice him. Sometimes, he would roll on the floor, or he would start playing with my hair, or whine endlessly until I get fed up with him and give in to his whims.

Not that I don’t enjoy spending time with him. I do.

He’s one of the best friends one can ever have and I intend to make the most of our friendship.

Oh, have I mentioned that he’s a jealous old cat too? He hates to see me spending too much time with other people. People like Ken.

He doesn’t exactly hate the guitarist but once he feels like we’re getting too close or intimate, he’d immediately get in the way and try to win my attention back. There are times when he’d rub his head or body against mine and that never fails to get my attention.

And he loves doing that. That cat would try to feel my skin every chance he gets.

Like all other cats, he likes sleeping too. In fact, that’s him lying down on my couch right now, drifting off to dream land.

Aaw… he looks like a little angel when he’s fast asleep like that.

I’d hate to wake him up… but I’m in the mood to play with him right now so why pass up the chance?

I kneeled down before him and scratched his head lightly.

No response.

So that’s it huh? When I’m the one craving for his attention he ignores me. Fine then.

I took a few strands of my hair and used it to tickle his nose. He cringed his nose at this and made a face.

Finally, a reaction.

I continued to tickle his nose and he swatted the source of tickling away with an angry hand.

“Tet-chan… stop it… I’m trying to sleep…”

“But Haido… I want to play.”

“Not now…”

“Okay… too bad though… I even made you your favorite dish… I guess I’ll just have to finish it all up by myself…”

His ears literally perked up at this. Ah… he can be such a glutton at times. Before I knew it, he had already gotten up and had tackled me down to the carpeted floor.

“What are we waiting for Tet-chan? C’mon! Let’s go and play already!”

That’s my Haido.
